We are Brenda and Teresa Cachia (cash-ya), a mother-daughter team  (the Cachias) specializing in custom cake designs featuring sugar paste flowers.
Brenda	Brenda, with over 20 years of baking experience, is specially trained in the guild art of sugar-craft.  This art form can create virtually any flower in realistic shapes, details and stunning colors.  By using her sculpting skills and combining these flowers with  exotic cake recipes, the cakes become as memorable as the event.
Teresa	Teresa, a chef at a well-known local personal chef company, is a top graduate of the culinary program at CCSN.  As team captain, she led Las Vegas to National Championship in the Culinary Bowl, beating the perennial champions from New York.  With experience at Wolfgang Puck's Lupos Restaurant, Piero's Trattoria, and the China Grill at Mandalay Bay, she brings a wealth of experience to the team.
