TIME TO CELEBRATE!  Ahhh - the ripe age of 21!  New worlds to conquer, and finally legal!  What better way to please the birthday person than with a celebratory bottle of champagne, and party confetti!   The two-layer round cake is rum spice with rich bavarian creme/fruit filling.  It is iced with butter cream, and decorated with hand made and painted champagne bottle, rose, party stars and streamers.  A rope braid finishes the trim. All items are edible.
