UNDERSEA ADVENTURE....  Inspired by deep-sea creatures and giant clams with priceless pearls!  This one is sure to please the birthday person with the nautical theme.   The two-layer, two tiered round cake is butter-rum with rich bavarian creme filling.  Iced with rolled fondant, and decorated with hand made and painted aquatic creatures of all types, nestled in the flowing seaweed.  A rope braid finishes the trim, and the cake is crowned by a giant clam and huge pearl.
